What is the spray on coating?

Our SprayTech concrete coating is a cement based coating that has been specially designed and formulated to be applied to the surface of existing concrete or pebblecrete. The concrete is a strong durable spray-on product that can simulate up to 35 exciting patterns such as the traditional Cobblestone and Terracotta Tile.

Where can I use spray on coating?

For best results the existing concrete surface must be of sound or solid condition. Our coatings have a myriad of applications such as driveways, terraces, carports, pathways, entranceways, entertainment areas, pool surrounds etc. Custom designed logos and motifs can also be created.

Does spray on coating have a warranty?

Yes... SprayTech Concrete Solutions offers a limited 5 year warranty on the product when used in domestic situations against fading and peeling subject to the recommended resealing process.

How long can the spray on coating last?

Our SprayTech concrete coating  has been independently tested by the CSIRO The results indicate that if the spray on coating  is applied in accordance with the manufacturers specifications, a service life in excess of 15 years may be expected.

How thick is spray on coating?

If a single base coat and 2 coats of spray on top coat are applied the surface may build up to approximately 2-5mm over the existing concrete.

What colours do you have?

We have 30 new colours, ranging from vibrant and contemporary colours such as Sandy Beige and Tuscan Yellow, through to more traditional colours like Terracotta and Brick Red. See colours and patterns HERE.

Why do I need a base coat?

A basecoat is always recommended in the SprayTech process. This is to add uniformity and to improve the overall look of the final job.

Can I have a different basecoat colour?

Yes... you can choose a different basecoat for your job. There are 28 colours to choose from.

How often do I need to reseal?

Your SprayTech concrete coating should be resealed every 18-24 months with an approved high-quality sealer.
